WordPress and plugins are updated regularly. Applying updates to WordPress, plugins and themes ensures that security issues are quickly patched.

What do I need to provide in order to use your service?

WordPress Admin, FTP, and SSH access.

If you are unsure of how to provide us with those details go ahead and sign-up, we will be with you shortly to help get the access we need.

We take great care to ensure security of your personal information, login credentials, and all other information we collect. Further reading can be found at our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Do you support WordPress Multi site?

We support WordPress Multi site and WordPress Multi-network. Because of the highly differing uses and structures in use by both, we do ask for more information, as our team is informed from the start of any particular configurations that may be unique to your network.

What is your cancellation policy?

We a pay-as-you-go service. You are in full control of your subscription, and you can cancel at any time from the client area with the click of a button (no forced phone call or awkward sales pitch).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan. For Partner Plan customers we accept EFT or paper check as well.


What happens if my site is compromised or flagged as malware?

Please, first understand this happens to thousands of sites daily and will not destroy your online presence. We can quickly help you resolve these issues and clear your flags from search engines

In these instances, we will forward the required information to our security partner Sucuri Security. Their team of experts will investigate, clean and/or restore your site and help you move forward.

While this is rare when combining the monitoring of Sucuri’s service with our preventative maintenance, there’s always a chance it could happen. Once resolved, we will notify you to re-submit to Google and/or other search engines for review, removing the malware notice(s).

How does your technical support work?

Typically, we use support tickets in lieu of phone calls. Although we have a small team, we want to make sure that all communication is documented and extremely clear; we’ve found that this makes it easier for our entire team to know what’s going on with your site.

Support tickets can be submitted through your WordPress dashboard; this is the easiest way to authenticate your support ticket. You can also email at any time from the email address associated with your Maintainn.com account.

Can I change my plan after signup?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by visiting your billing portal. If you aren’t sure how to access the billing portal, contact us and we’ll send you a link to your personal portal.
